Our Returns Policy

Your Customer Satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our expert team of customer service representatives within 30 days of purchase, toll-free on 888-369-9013, and we will be ready to assist you.

  • We will provide you with a return shipping address.
  • We will revise your order, replace items or issue a refund (minus shipping and handling costs). Whatever we need to do to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you return any item(s), please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account, and a refund issued if you paid by check or money order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.
